I was very pleased with my experience with Schmidt Roofing and with Ricky the owner. Dana and Todd in the office were helpful. Charles and Kane were the installers. They did exterior renovation on the porch with brick, upper gable and a new door. I liked it so much that I had them do an upper gable on the house to match the gable on the porch!

Had them replace my roof, job was well done and completed in two days, overall had few concerns but they addressed them and reassured me that if I had any other concerns to contact them and they would be out to to address. Feel made right decision and stayed local. Good customer service

Schmidt's the answer to amazingly horrible ice dams. The guys really strive to please and know how to get big smiles and massive praise from a most particular and demanding client. Their work almost guarantees my worries are over for this season. Schmidt's has had a great reputation for decades and now I know why.

We hired Schmidt Roofing to re-shingle our home, and 2 garages! The crew worked very hard & got the job done in 2 days. New shingles, ridge vents, ice barrier, new drip edge were installed . Old shingles, tar paper, old drip edge put in a dumpster & hauled away. Job site cleaned up properly. We are so glad we hired Schmidt Roofing.

These guys are great!! I've used them for my own home and homes that I've flipped. There prices were great and they are an experienced, trusted company. Now that I'm a Realtor, I've sent my clients here if they need a new roof, a roof inspection, a repair, or an investor client that is looking to get the most out of their investment. A brand new roof, from someone you can trust is always a game changer. A year ago in my own home, I had some water damage on my living room ceiling. It happened to be the flashing around my chimney. They were out within a couple days for the quote and within 2 weeks it was fixed. Thanks Schmidt

We are very happy with the repair that was done for our (badly) leaking roof around the chimney. The estimate was thourough and fair. The repair was done in about 2 hours from start to finish and they cleaned up completely afterwards. There were NO leaks after the thunderstorm and heavy rain last night! We will be using Schmidt Roofing for work in the future. We highly recommend!!

When we were looking for a rooftop contractor we asked a trusted source; Keene Lumber, Muskegon’s, MI We were not disappointed x 2 as we had them do our main residence. Professional, well organized, timely, and efficient are just a few of the words to describe this company. The price quoted was also a factor in our choice of using Schmidt. As one can see from the photo our cottage just beams ❣️

Schmidt Roofing did a great job on restoration of our roof after a large oak tree fell on our 2 story house late this fall. The tree had smashed across our deck and through our roof, completely tearing off the gable overhang of the roof and leaving roof framing, shingles, soffits and fascia splattered on the ground. We got a late start due to delay in claim processing by the insurance company. When the insurance company asked for supporting information on the scope and cost of the repair the Schmidt office was quick to respond. On getting authorization Schmidt started repairs and was able to complete the roof repairs just days before temperatures dropped and the first big snow fall came. (Whew!) From the beginning the entire Schmidt team has been very professional and enthusiastic. When the lead roofer came out for the initial estimate he arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of the roof and the roof damages, taking the time to patiently listen and to knowledgeably answer any questions we had. When the crew was onsite for the repair they were steady workers, polite, considerate and they cleaned up the site when they left. We have used Schmidt Roofing in the past with complete satisfaction and will continue to use their service in the future. Highly recommend!

I had ice removal done by Schmidt Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They sent three guys who got to work right away and stayed until the job was completely finished. Their work was excellent and very thorough. The crew was not only hardworking, but also very nice and responsible. It’s such a relief to have professionals you can trust handling something like ice removal. I truly appreciate their dedication and the great job they did. I highly recommend Schmidt Roofing!
